Setup Information
2024 Fair Information
Set-up information:
Vendor set-up will begin Thursday, September 5th (pre-approval required), and Friday, September 6th starting at 8:00 am each day. You may open anytime Friday, September 8th, but you must be open by 5:00 pm.
Fair operation hours:
Friday 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm (fireworks at 10:00 pm)
Saturday 9:00 am to 11:00 pm
Sunday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Reminders:
You must not break down your display before the advertised closing time.
The location on the grounds will be determined by the fair personnel. We do not guarantee any returning vendors the same spots as in previous years. Location assignments are subject to change at any point per instruction of the fair personnel.
All vendors will be issued one vendor parking pass that will permit entrance into the vendor gate past general parking. Access to vendor sites may be limited during the fair’s hours of operation. Additional parking will be in general parking and is free.
Registration and forms
Approved Vendors will be emailed the required forms and payment information for registration. Registration is subject to approval from the fair committee and is not guaranteed. Space is limited; once filled you will be added to the wait list.
