How much does the Fair cost?

Thanks to our sponsors and volunteers, the Sterling Fair does not charge a parking fee or entrance fee!  We pride ourselves on being the largest free fair in the Northeast (possibly the entire country), and we are completely volunteer-run.  We do sell buttons upon entry of the fair which goes towards funding the fair if you’d like to make a donation, but you are not obligated to do so.

How much are ride tickets?

We have a vendor, Gillette Shows, who set their own prices for the ride tickets.  Traditionally, they have not sold armbands for our Fair for unlimited rides.  For up to date pricing information, check out their website.

Is there an ATM?

We do have three ATMs onsite.  Ask our Information Booth helpers for the current location.

Is the fair handicapped accessible?

We have lots of designated handicapped parking and we have free golf cart shuttle service for seniors or people needing assistance.  The Fair is at the the Sterling Airport which is a generally flat area, but it is held on the grassy/dirt part of the facility.  More information can be found on our Accessibility webpage.

Are dogs allowed?

As much as we love our pets, only service animals are allowed at the Fair for the safety of the fair-goers and the livestock, as well as your pets.

How much are Helicopter rides?
