Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the Sterling Fair. All vendors must be approved by the Fair Committee in order to attend.  Please fill out our Vendor Interest form below or email sterlingfairvendor@gmail.com if you’re interested in becoming a vendor.

Non-Food Vendors

Non-Food Vendors

Non-Food vendors are those who do not sell food or may collect names/numbers for services  Examples include clothing and trinket/souvenir vendors, banks, real estate companies, and home remodeling services.

Commercial Food Vendor

Commercial Food Vendor

Commercial Food is any vendor who sells food items that are made/cooked/prepared at the fair.  Examples of Commercial Food vendor including Fried Dough booths, Sandwiches/Hot dog/Hamburger booths, BBQ trucks

Pre-Packaged Food Vendors

Pre-Packaged Food Vendors

Pre-Packaged Food is any small vendor who sells food that is not made/cooked/prepared at the fair.  Examples of Pre-Packaged Food vendors include Fudge booth, cookies, pie sales.

Non-Profit

Non-Profit

Non-profit vendors represent organizations or groups that operate on a not-for-profit basis, such as local sports or school groups, churches, and community watershed/land trust groups.

Crafters

Crafters

Crafters are any vendors who must hand-make the items they sell. 

Farmer's Crossover

Farmer's Crossover

Farmers Crossover are vendors who have local farms and sell combinations of items grown and made on their farms.

Farmers Market are vendors who have Sterling farms and sell the products they grow.
