Registration
- All operators must register before pulling.
- Operators under 18 must have written permission from a parent or tractor owner.
- No alcoholic beverages before or during the event.
Driver Requirements
- Drivers must remain seated and maintain full control of their tractor at all times.
- No passengers are permitted.
- Drivers assume responsibility for any negligence or accidents.
