Livestock Entries

Important Changes for 2025

As you may know, the Sterling Fair is a municipal fair, which means we must follow Massachusetts guidelines for issuing payments. All livestock exhibitors who are awarded a premium at the Sterling Fair must have a Vendor ID issued by the Town of Sterling.

To obtain a Vendor ID, you will need to complete a form that includes your Social Security Number, as required by the Town for processing payments. We understand this is sensitive information, and you may choose to have the Town of Sterling contact you directly to collect it securely.

Please note: Social Security Numbers are not required for youth exhibitors. Children may use a parent or guardian’s information when completing the form.

Mail In Registration

Please mail in completed forms and payment made out to the Town of Sterling.
