Our Fair is completely Volunteer run and we strive make this a family-friendly and affordable event by not charging for admission or parking. We could not make this possible without donations from our sponsors and we are so grateful for any donations we receive.
We have several limited opportunities for sponsoring our Fair, including a paper publication, booth/event sponsors as well as unlimited opportunities for online sponsorship. Sponsor Level Guidelines

Sponsorship Descriptions
Online Advertising
We have two affordable options for digital marketing:
- Friend of the Fair $25 – Names listed alphabetically on the Friends of the Fair webpage
- Online Sponsor $50 – A 3”x2” (325px by 225px) online spot on our front main web page, which gets hundreds of hits a day! Link your site to ours by providing us with your URL or email address.
Paper Publications
Available on first-call, first-serve basis. Please contact us to confirm availability.

Your ad will be the ONLY ad on a schedule of events / fair map handed out at the entry gate. This will be sold on a first-call, first-serve basis.

Booth or Event Sponsor $300 –Includes choices as follows, and perhaps others:

50/50 Raffle Booth

Las Vegas Booth
Children’s Event Arena
Your $300 includes a banner with your company’s name hanging on or next to your booth/tent/event, & a P.A. “commercial” announced regularly throughout the weekend over the P.A. system. You could hear the Entertainment Tent referred to [insert your name here] Entertainment Tent!
Front Gate Sponsor $400 – Exclusive area at Front Gate to display your business
Fireworks
Fireworks $1,000 +
Please contact us for more information about making donations of $1000 or more to the fair. Your company name will be broadcast on the P.A. in association with announcements about fireworks. In addition, you will receive an online ad and a banner at the fair. There is also potential for paper space if it isn’t already filled.
More than one company or individual can sponsor the fireworks display.
