Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the Sterling Fair. All vendors must be approved by the Fair Committee in order to attend.  Please email sterlingfairvendor@gmail.com if you’re interested in becoming a vendor.

Vendor Categories

Non-Food

Retail, merchandise, and service vendors including clothing, gifts, home services, and local businesses.

Commercial Food

Freshly prepared fair food, snacks, and beverages served on-site.

Pre-Packaged Food

Vendors offering packaged treats and specialty foods, including fudge, cookies, pies, candies, and other take-home favorites.

Nonprofit

Nonprofit organizations, schools, churches, youth groups, and community organizations sharing information and supporting local causes.

Crafters

Handmade goods created by local artisans, including crafts, artwork, décor, jewelry, and unique gifts.

Farmers Crossover

Farmers Crossover are vendors who have local farms and sell combinations of items grown and made on their farms.

Farmer’s Market

Farmers Market are vendors who have Sterling farms and sell the products they grow.

Set Up for Success

Vendor Setup

Vendor set-up will begin Thursday and Friday starting at 8:00 am each day. You may open anytime Friday, but you must be open by 5:00 pm

Location on grounds will be determined by the field superintendent. We do not guarantee any returning vendors the same spots as previous years. 

Vendor Parking

All vendors will be issued one parking pass. Access to vendor sites may be limited during the fair’s hours of operation. 

You must not break down your display before the advertised closing time.
