STERLING FAIR TRACTOR PULL 2011

LAWN & GARDEN

FRIDAY SEPT. 7th  3PM.-9PM

 

CLASSES

1- 900lbs  2- 1200lbs  3- 1500lbs  4- 1800lbs   5-2100lbs  6-unlimited

 

RULES AND REGULATIONS;

 

•Same tractor may be used with different operator in same class, this will count as a separate entrant.

•Operator must be 14 or older. (14-16 must have parent sign a waiver.)

•Tractor must not exceed maximum class weight with operator.

•Each operator will be given 3 attempts within 5 min. to pull the sled full length. (40’)

•No implements are allowed.

•Tractor must appear stock with the exception of tires. Exhaust Stacks allowed.

•Tractor must be weighed for each class including driver.

•Tires may be loaded.  No tire chains. All weight added must be securely attached to wheels or frame. All brackets to be attached in a safe manner not to interfere with driver or hitching.

•Front weights must not exceed 18” forward of the front-most position of the tractor including weights.

•Boat must be hooked off a safe draw bar using a clevis not to exceed in height of 13”.

•Hitches will be measured to the pulling point on clevis where the hook sits.

•Tractor must have wheelie bar or bars able to support tractor in class it is   entered and must not allow front axle to raise more than 18” or tractor will be disqualified.

•Driver must stay in seat of tractor.

•No four- wheel drives.

•All winning tractors may be reweighed.

•2100lbs + unlimited class are open to Modifieds.

 

All rules at the discretion of judges and superintendents.

 

Slight modifications of rules may be made upon request of fair or pull officials in the event of conflict or local track or boat conditions.

 

Free Pull at end of each day if time permits.

 

*We reserve the right to skip a class if 3 or less enter.
